陈明



一、基本情况

陈明,博士、教授、硕士研究生导师,果蔬贮藏与保鲜江西省重点实验室主任,江西省柑橘产业技术体系岗位专家、江西新余蜜桔科技小院负责人、江西省园艺学会贮藏加工专业委员会副主任和江西省植物生理学会常务理事,主要从事果实贮藏保鲜与品质调控的教学与研究工作,承担了园艺本科专业的《园艺专业导论》、《园艺产品采后生物学与技术》、《园艺产品品质分析》和研究生《果实采后生理与贮运技术》等课程的教学任务,指导完成国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目1项,主持国家自然科学基金2项、江西省自然科学基金2项,参与国家科技支撑计划、江西省农业关键核心技术攻关、江西省科技创新团队建设计划等多项课题,在Food ChemistryScientia HorticulturaeFrontiers in NutritionPlant DiseaseHorticulturae中国农业科学、园艺学报、果树学报等国内外刊物上发表论文100余篇,先后荣获江西省科技进步一等奖、全国农牧渔业丰收二等奖、江西省高等学校科技成果一等奖和二等奖、江西省园艺学会先进会员、澳门十大信誉网赌大全先进工作者,参与制定江西省地方标准6项。
